Orders & Shipping

How fast do you ship?

We dispatch orders the same day if you order before 2pm AEST on business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends go out the next business day. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express Post is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Do you ship from Australia?

Yes — everything ships directly from our Gold Coast warehouse. There's no overseas dropshipping, no international customs delays, and no waiting weeks for your order to arrive.

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes. Express Post is available as an option at checkout. Most Express Post orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it through to delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship internationally via Australia Post Air Mail. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 2–4 weeks. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day change of mind returns. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, return it within 30 days in its original condition and original packaging and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Return postage costs are at the buyer's expense for change of mind returns.

What warranty do your products come with?

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal use within 12 months, contact us at service@consolemate.com.au and we'll sort it out.

What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?

Contact us as soon as possible at service@consolemate.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where the fault is on our end.

Products & Compatibility

Are your power supplies rated for Australian voltage?

Yes. Every power supply and charger we sell is rated for Australian 240V mains. You won't need any adapters or voltage converters — just plug in and go.

How do I know which part is compatible with my console?

Each product listing includes compatibility information. If you're unsure, feel free to email us at service@consolemate.com.au with your console model and we'll point you in the right direction.

Are your iPod Classics refurbished?

Coming soon! We're planning to bring back our refurbished iPod Classics — professionally serviced with new high-capacity batteries and upgraded flash storage. Stay tuned for updates.

Do you sell controllers and accessories as well as parts?

Yes — alongside replacement parts like power supplies and cables, we also carry controllers, AV accessories, and other add-ons for retro gaming consoles. Browse by console under Console Parts & Accessories.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers. We never store your card details.
