The item must be in its original condition undamaged condition. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Returns for Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order number and details about the incorrect or defective item, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Local Shipping from Gold Coast Australia Warehouse: All our items are shipped from our warehouse located in Gold Coast, Australia. This allows for efficient and timely delivery to customers within Australia.

  3. Regular and Express Delivery: We offer both regular and express delivery options for our customers' convenience.


  • Regular Delivery: For regular delivery, we use Australia Post Parcel Post or Couriers Please (via Sendle) or Aramex Couriers at our discretion, to most major cities for improved delivery speed. Delivery times for regular delivery vary from 1-7 business days, depending on the location. Typically, it takes 1-4 business days to most major locations in QLD, NSW, VIC, and ACT, and 4-7 business days to TAS, SA, WA, and NT.

  • Express Delivery: For express delivery, we use Australia Post Express Post, which offers faster delivery times compared to regular delivery. Express delivery is usually overnight to most major cities, and 2 business days to Perth.


  1. Worldwide Shipping: We also offer worldwide shipping via Australia Post Air Mail. If you require courier delivery for international orders, it can be arranged at an additional expense. Please contact us for further details.

  2. Order Notes for Specific Carrier: If you have a preference for a specific carrier, you can specify it in the order notes during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
