White TV Antenna Extension Lead 1.8 m — PAL Male Plug to Female Socket, 75 Ω Coax
A 1.8 metre WHITE TV aerial EXTENSION with a PAL (Belling-Lee) male plug at one end and a PAL female socket at the other. It joins in line with an aerial lead you already have and makes it longer.
Check compatibility
Check the ends before ordering. This has ONE plug and ONE socket. If you need to join a wall plate to a television and you do not already have a lead, you want a male-to-male flylead instead, which is a different product. Two male plugs will not mate with each other.
Key product details
- White, to match a light-coloured wall. A white jacket with white connector boots — for a run along a skirting board, up a painted wall, or anywhere a dark cord would show. The identical lead is also available from us with a black jacket.
- Makes an aerial lead you already own longer. A male plug at one end and a female socket at the other, so it joins in line between your existing flylead and the wall plate or the television. It is an EXTENSION, not a replacement lead.
- 1.8 m of extra reach. Enough to move a set-top box to the other side of the cabinet, drop a wall-plate lead down behind a mounted television, or bridge the gap when the outlet is just out of reach.
- PAL (Belling-Lee) fittings at both ends. The standard Australian TV aerial connector — the same round plug and socket used on wall plates, televisions, set-top boxes and PVRs.
- 75 Ω 3C-2V coaxial cable. Twin shielded, the standard domestic TV aerial specification for digital free-to-air.
- Moulded strain relief at both ends. The cable flexes at the boot rather than at the solder joint.
- White, 1.8 m. Nickel-plated connector shells. White cable and white connector boots, to disappear against a light wall or skirting.
About this item
The female socket accepts the male plug of your existing flylead; the male plug on the other end goes into the television, set-top box, PVR or wall plate. Nothing is replaced — the extension simply sits between the two.
Check these alternatives
Need a plug at both ends between two aerial sockets? Choose our 1.8 m PAL male-to-male aerial lead instead. Check both socket genders; it is not a male-to-female extension.
Choose only what your setup needs. Linked items are sold separately.
This is the standard twin-shielded version, which is what an ordinary domestic digital free-to-air installation calls for. We also stock the same 1.8 metre male-to-female extension in a heavier, more thickly screened coaxial cable for runs alongside mains wiring or close to strong sources of interference.
Completely passive — no power, no amplifier, nothing to configure.
