Not sure this is the right AV cable? This composite cable fits the Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo and GameCube — all three share the same Nintendo Multi-Out port, so one cable covers them. It is not compatible with the original NES, the Wii or the Switch. For the Wii, Wii U or Wii Mini use the Wii AV cable instead, which uses a different proprietary connector.

This is a standard-definition analogue connection, not HDMI. A television with HDMI inputs only needs a separate suitable converter; this cable does not upscale the picture.
Your TV must accept composite video and support the video format of your console. This cable does not convert PAL/NTSC signals or upscale the picture. An HDMI-only TV requires a suitable active AV-to-HDMI converter (sold separately). For imported consoles, confirm regional compatibility before purchase.
