Almost every Nintendo 64 has lost this door. It is the small lid on top of the console that covers the expansion bay - the slot holding the Jumper Pak the console ships with, or the Expansion Pak if one has been fitted. It is not screwed down, it simply clips in, and thirty years of being lifted off has separated most of them from their consoles.

This is a brand new replacement in translucent Watermelon Red. The part itself is identical in shape and fit to the original: the same outline, the same two sprung retention clips underneath, the same sprung latch tab, and MEMORY EXPANSION moulded into the top face. What is different is the plastic - tinted and translucent rather than the solid console grey, so light passes through it and the bay reads as a deliberate detail instead of a hole.

Fitting takes a couple of seconds and no tools. Line the two clips up with the slots at the back of the bay, drop the front edge down, and press until the latch clicks. It comes off the same way, so the Jumper Pak underneath stays as accessible as it was before.

One door fits every Nintendo 64 - the bay is the same on every console and in every region - so there is nothing to check against your model number. If you are restoring a console in a matching translucent shell, or simply want the top of a grey N64 to stop looking unfinished, this is the part that does it.
